Custom kitchen cabinets in Dubai are often anything but custom. Imported modular carcasses arrive in fixed widths, so the run ends in a filler panel wide enough to lose a drawer, and the ceiling gap collects dust for a decade. Standard chipboard swells at the sink within two summers of UAE humidity. Hinges are unbranded and start dropping inside a year, and when one fails there is no replacement available. Nobody templated the stone against the actual installed carcasses, so the worktop joint lands in the wrong place.
Because we manufacture in our own workshop, every cabinet is cut to your measured opening. Runs finish tight to the wall with a scribed panel, cabinets go full height to the ceiling, and awkward corners become usable pull-out storage instead of dead space. Carcasses are moisture-resistant board with sealed edges, fronts are sprayed or veneered in our own booth, and every hinge and runner is Blum with a lifetime warranty and stock we hold locally. Stone is templated on the installed carcasses, so joints, overhangs and cut-outs are exact rather than approximate.

Three to four weeks in the workshop after drawings are signed, then three to five days of installation and around a week for the stone worktop.
Usually yes. We take a door to the workshop, colour-match the spray or source the same laminate, and manufacture the additional units to suit.
Moisture-resistant MDF is stable and takes lacquer beautifully; marine plywood is lighter and holds screws better in tall units. We often use both in one kitchen where each performs best.
Yes. Templating happens on the installed carcasses and fabrication follows, so joints, overhangs and cut-outs are exact rather than estimated from drawings.
Yes. Clients regularly come to Al Quoz to see the spray booth, handle sample doors and check edge details before signing off.
Doors are replaced free within the twelve-month warranty, and Blum hardware carries a lifetime warranty with local stock, so a failed hinge is usually replaced within a few days.
Yes, either with an integrated J-pull profile or a recessed aluminium rail, both manufactured in-house and available in matching or contrasting finishes.
