Most kitchen quotes are a cabinet price with the hard parts missing.
Kitchen renovation in Dubai is usually sold as cabinetry, and everything that makes a kitchen work is left out. The quote excludes moving the drainage for a relocated sink, upgrading the circuit for an induction hob, extracting properly through an external wall, and re-tiling behind the run once the old units come off. Templating for the stone happens late, so the worktop arrives three weeks after the cabinets. The family cooks in the utility room for a month, and the final invoice bears little resemblance to the first one.
We price the whole kitchen: demolition, plumbing and drainage moves, electrical upgrades, extraction, wall preparation, tiling, cabinetry, stone, appliances and commissioning. The layout is planned around your working triangle, appliance sizes and how many people cook at once. Cabinets are manufactured in our own workshop with Blum soft-close hardware and moisture-resistant carcasses rated for UAE humidity. Stone is templated the day the carcasses land, so the worktop follows within a week rather than a month. The kitchen is out of use for days, not for the whole summer.

Carcasses are moisture-resistant board with sealed edges throughout, because UAE kitchens run humid and standard chipboard swells at the sink within a couple of years. All hardware is Blum, warranted for the life of the cabinet.

Price is driven by linear metres of run, worktop material and appliance specification. We quote a single fixed sum covering builders' work, cabinetry, stone and commissioning after a site visit.

Usually seven to twelve days on site. Cabinets are manufactured beforehand, so the disruptive phase is short and we set up a temporary sink and fridge position for the duration.
Yes. Drainage moves need enough fall to the existing stack, which we verify at survey, and hob relocation needs a dedicated circuit that our licensed electricians install.
Quartz for everyday durability and price, sintered stone where heat resistance and outdoor use matter, and natural marble only where you accept patina and etching.
Either. We can supply at trade pricing, or install and commission units you buy yourself, provided we have the model numbers before cabinet manufacture.
Yes. Where the old kitchen footprint changes we either extend the existing floor from matching stock or plan a clean threshold detail rather than a patch.
Twelve months' workmanship from us, plus the manufacturer's lifetime warranty on Blum hinges and runners and the stone supplier's warranty on the worktop.
Where an external wall or existing duct route is available, yes, including the core drilling and external grille. Where it is not, we specify a recirculating system with carbon filters.
