Yes. After a measured site survey we issue a single fixed-price contract with the scope itemised room by room. The only cost changes are ones you instruct in writing — there are no provisional sums quietly inflating at the end.
We do. We prepare and lodge submissions to Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality and community developers such as Emaar, Nakheel and Aldar, including drawings, insurance and contractor documentation. Approval time is built into your programme.
Yes. We run permanent teams in both emirates rather than sending crews between them, which keeps daily supervision and snagging response consistent on every site.
Yes. Design consultancy engagements cover space planning, 3D visualisation, material schedules and IFC drawings that another contractor can build from. Most clients then ask us to build it, but there is no obligation.
