YP Interios was founded in the UAE as a joinery workshop supplying kitchens and wardrobes to other contractors. Homeowners kept asking whether we could take on the rest of the work — the tiling, the ceilings, the bathrooms, the garden — because coordinating five separate trades was costing them months and leaving nobody responsible when a date slipped. So we built the teams to do it ourselves.
Today we run interior design, renovation, joinery, landscaping and maintenance as one design-and-build operation under a single roof. Our designers draw it, our carpenters make it in our own workshop, and our site teams install and finish it, with a project manager on every job reporting against a dated programme. Approvals through Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality and community developers are prepared and lodged by our own coordinator rather than left with you.
We work for private homeowners, family offices and landlords across both emirates, from a single kitchen replacement to a full villa strip-out and rebuild.

How we work differently.
The alternative is a designer plus a handful of subcontractors. Here is what changes when one company carries the whole job.
One contract instead of five
A designer plus separate subcontractors means five quotations, five programmes and five people to chase. We hold the whole scope on one agreement with one date and one accountable project manager.
The workshop answers to the site
Our carpenters work to the same programme as the build, so joinery arrives when the room is ready — not six weeks after the tiler has finished and moved on.
No margin stacked on margin
A design studio subcontracting the build adds a management fee on top of every trade's price. Delivering it ourselves removes that layer from your budget entirely.
Snagging has nowhere to hide
When design, joinery and finishing sit with one company, a defect cannot be blamed on the next trade. We fix it, and the 12-month workmanship warranty is ours to honour.
