What we collect
When you submit a quote request we collect your name, phone number, email address, property type, emirate and the details you write in the message field. We do not collect payment information through this website.
How we use it
Your details are used to call you back, arrange a site visit and prepare a written quotation. We may contact you about the specific enquiry you raised. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Who sees it
Enquiries are handled by our estimating and project management teams in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Where a supplier or subcontractor needs your address to deliver or install, only the information required for that task is shared.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months so we can reference previous scopes and quotations. Project records are retained for the duration of the workmanship warranty and applicable UAE record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@ypinterios.ae. We will confirm the action in writing.
