Quotations
Quotations are issued in writing after a measured site visit and remain valid for 30 days. Each quotation lists the scope, quantities, specified finishes and the programme. Work outside that written scope is a variation.
Variations
No variation is carried out until it has been priced and approved by you in writing. Approved variations may adjust both the contract sum and the completion date, and the revised figures are confirmed before work resumes.
Approvals and access
We prepare and lodge municipality submissions and developer NOCs where required. Permit lead times sit outside our control and are shown separately in the programme. You are responsible for granting site access during agreed working hours.
Payment
Payments are staged against milestones set out in the contract. Materials ordered to your specification are non-returnable once released to production. Final handover follows settlement of the closing milestone.
Warranty
Workmanship is warranted for 12 months from handover. Manufacturer warranties on appliances, sanitaryware and equipment are passed through to you at their stated terms. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, third-party alterations or lack of maintenance.
Governing law
These terms and any contract entered into with us are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable emirate in which the works are carried out.
