Approvals and permits in Abu Dhabi
Joinery does not require an ADM permit, but access approvals do. Al Reem and Al Raha towers need building-management fit-out clearance, contractor insurance and booked service lifts before delivery day. Saadiyat and Yas villa communities log contractors through the Aldar community office and enforce working hours. We arrange the access pack in advance so a delivery slot is never wasted.
