Salt-tolerant species and windbreak planting near the coast, aluminium and marine-grade fixings on shade structures, light-toned paving that stays walkable, and drip irrigation zoned by plant type on a smart controller. Levels, drainage and irrigation are installed before planting, and shade goes over the seating area rather than being added as an afterthought.

Planting and paving inside your Abu Dhabi plot generally proceed without a permit. Fixed shade structures, boundary changes, level changes and pools require an Abu Dhabi Municipality submission with structural drawings covering wind uplift, and Saadiyat and Yas villas need the community consultant's review first. We prepare and lodge both, and coordinate ADDC where external lighting loads change.
