Dubai has no shortage of joinery traders — but most of them are brokers placing your order with whichever workshop is cheapest that month, which is why finish quality swings between projects and lead times move without warning. We run our own workshop in Al Quoz: beam saw, edge bander, spray booth and a fitting team that installs what the same building made. If a door front is out by a millimetre, it goes back through our own line rather than into a dispute.
Dubai's specific enemies are humidity in coastal communities and dust during a khamsin, so we build with moisture-resistant substrates and sealed edges as standard and marine-grade board anywhere near water. Every job starts with a laser survey of the actual opening after plaster, because Dubai handover walls are rarely as square as the developer drawing suggests.

Approvals and permits in Dubai
Joinery itself does not require a Dubai Municipality permit, but installation access does. Towers in Marina, Downtown and JBR require a building-management fit-out NOC, contractor insurance, service lift booking and crew access passes before a single panel enters the building. Gated communities want the same paperwork through the community office. We arrange all of it before delivery day rather than on it.
