We engineer Dubai pools from the ground condition up: geotechnical assumptions checked, reinforced shell designed by a licensed consultant, waterproofing and tiling to specification, then a plant room sized for a Dubai summer rather than the brochure. Approvals, structural and MEP drawings go in as one submission so the programme does not stall between trades.

Every swimming pool in Dubai requires a Dubai Municipality permit, supported by structural and MEP drawings, contractor licensing and, in gated communities, a developer NOC obtained first. Emaar, Nakheel and Damac each apply their own setback and boundary rules. We prepare the full submission, lodge it, respond to comments and build the four-to-eight-week approval window into your dated programme.
