The stain on the ceiling is rarely under the leak.
Waterproofing in Dubai is usually sold as a coat of paint on a roof. Water enters at a cracked upstand, a failed drain collar, a wall junction or a planter with no drainage, then travels along the slab and appears three metres away in a bedroom ceiling. Coating the general area does nothing, so the stain returns after the next wash-down or rain. Meanwhile the trapped moisture destroys gypsum, corrodes conduit and lifts adjacent tiling, and each round of cosmetic repair costs more than the original fix would have.
We trace the entry point before quoting, using moisture meters, targeted water testing and thermal imaging where the build-up is hidden. The repair then addresses the actual failure: upstands rebuilt and coved, drain collars re-formed, junctions reinforced with tape, and a single manufacturer's system applied across the whole area rather than a mix of products that voids every warranty. The area is flood tested for twenty-four hours with photographic records, screeds and finishes are reinstated, and you receive the test record, product data sheets and a system warranty in writing.

Waterproofing is priced per square metre of treated area plus detailing and reinstatement. The leak investigation is charged separately and credited in full against the repair if you proceed with us.

Moisture meters map the wet area, then we water-test suspected details one at a time — drains, upstands, junctions — until the path is proven. Thermal imaging is used where build-ups are concealed.
